After reading and reflecting on this scenario, respond to the following questions, but please begin by identifying your affiliation (eg. department / agency) and type of agency (career, volunteer, or combination).

• How would you resolve this situation and why?
• How might you prevent problems like this in the future?
• While you may have alluded to this question in your previous responses, in reality, should their be two sets of disciplinary actions for career personnel and volunteer personnel in combination departments? Why or why not?
