  2. Does your organization have a formal (or informal) mentoring program?
  3. Is it desirable (and practical) for your organization to have a mentoring program? Why or why not?
  4. If your organization currently has a mentoring program in place, determine its strengths and weaknesses as it exists in your organization.
  5. If your organization does not have a mentoring program in place, determine what other options for personal coaching, etc. are available, if any.
