• Discuss and critique the concept of a learning organization. Analyze the strengths and potential downfalls of such an organization.
• Would you characterize your agency as a "learning organization?" Why or why not?
• Is it desirable for your organization to be one? Why or why not?
• If your organization is currently a learning organization as described in this material, what must be done to perpetuate its existence? If it is not, go to question 5.
• If you would not characterize your organization as a "learning organization," what must be done to move toward such an organization?
