Think of a recent conflict in your department that either required mediation or would have benefited from peer mediation? Discuss whether or not peer mediation would work in your department. Why or why not?

Naturally, a degree of conflict within any organization is a given. If you were to intervene in a conflict between two of your subordinates, how would you handle it? Present a hypothetical (or real) conflict situation and proceed with your explanation.

Please begin by identifying your affiliation (department/agency) and type of agency (career, volunteer, or combination).
